谢富仁，研究员，博士生导师。1956年12月出生。1985年毕业于北京大学地震地质专业，获理学硕士学位。1985年毕业分配到国家地震局地质研究所工作，1986年调入中国地震地壳应力研究所工作。2000年3月起任副所长。
