光明网2005年5月19日讯 日前在捷克布尔诺举行的国际岩石力学学会IS RM年会理事大会上，中国赢得了2011年第12届国际岩石力学大会的举办权。
中国力学学会2005年4月18日报道 《ACTA MECHANICA SINICA》从2005年开始和德国著名的Springer公司合作出版，面向全球同步发行印刷版（在荷兰印刷）和电子版，力争实现刊出时间更短、质量更佳、国际影响力更大的国内外一流力学期刊的目标。
