美国布里格姆妇女医院、哈佛大学和马萨诸塞大学医学院等机构的研究人员合作设计了一种对流增强MED （ceMED），它可以持续地将细胞沐浴在它们需要的营养中，提高细胞承载能力，同时提高细胞存活率、葡萄糖敏感性和及时分泌胰岛素。在临床前的模型中，该设备在植入后两天内对血糖水平迅速做出反应。近日，研究结果发表在美国《国家科学院院刊》。
