在辽宁兴城“锦丰”梨栽植园出现一种新的枝干病害,该病害主要发生在主干及侧枝,主要症状为主干呈现黑斑、枝条枯萎。本研究对该病害进行了系统调查及病原物分离培养;经形态学观察、柯赫氏法则验证,ITS、EF1-α、CAL、TUB和HIS基因联合建树分析,确定引起“锦丰”梨枝枯病的病原菌为间座壳属真菌Diaporthe nobilis。
