目的：建立大鼠正糖钳实验技术。方法：用回归分析和相对标准偏差评价血糖仪的可行性；采用706代血浆作为载体溶液配制胰岛素输注液；改变胰岛素输注速率或葡萄糖输注速率，观察血糖的变化速率。结果：血糖仪相关性好，且精密度高，可满足实验要求；用706代血浆配制胰岛素输注液可满足实验要求；稳态血糖可控制在基础血糖±0.2 mmol.L-1； 血糖对葡萄糖输注速率比对胰岛素输注速率更敏感。结论：首次在国内成功建...
