研究竹荚鱼热泵干燥特性，采用二次正交回归试验设计拟合干燥模型系数K、n与干燥温度和风速之间的关系，通过对试验数据进行统计分析，建立了竹荚鱼热泵干燥的数学模型。结果表明：适合竹荚鱼热泵干燥的数学模型为Page模型，预测值与实际值比较吻合，可以用来描述竹荚鱼的热泵干燥进程。
