外语学院位于北华大学东校区，其前身为吉林师范学院外语系。学院下设英语系、日语系、韩语系，西班牙语系。现有英语、日语、朝鲜语、翻译、西班牙语5个本科专业，英语专业设有师范和非师范两个方向并具有硕士学位授予权。现有省级优秀课1门，校重点学科1个，校优秀课程组4个。
