采用无损检测技术对古建筑木结构安全进行定量评价,对古建筑木结构维修和保护具有重要的现实意义。采用应力波测定仪FAKOPP对塔尔寺大金瓦殿的脊檩、檩、梁、承椽檩、房椽等五种木构件的动弹性模量进行了测定,结果表明:应力波无损检测可以有效的测定残余木构件的力学强度,不同种类木构件弹性模量保持率与其承重作用大小相关。

以微观特征为基础,以宏观特征为补充验证,采用徒手切片法对一桩刑侦案件涉案木质器械残留木屑进行了木材鉴定,结果判定为广泛分布于安徽各地的蝶形花科(Papilionaceae)黄檀属(Dalbergia L.F.)的黄檀(D. hupeana Hance),俗名不知春,并从理论上系统介绍了木材鉴定在刑侦案件中的应用方法、步骤及注意事项。
采用乙醚作为溶剂,分别对长白落叶松心材、边材进行了浸提,将粗提取物分别针对生物碱、游离蒽醌、黄酮类、萜类和强心苷类物质进行了薄层色谱展开,并初步对心材乙醚提取物进行气质联机分析,得出了34种物质的化学组成。
