兽药在治疗和预防疾病方面起到显著作用，它在畜牧养殖业中的应用日益广泛，但是兽药的不规范使用可能会蓄积或者滞留在动物肌肉或者肝等可食性组织，危害人体健康，故对兽药残留的检测显得尤为重要。本文中笔者比较全面地论述了动物源性产品和动物饲料中多类兽药残留分析中的样品前处理技术，主要是针对同时分析几十种甚至上百种类兽药的样品前处理技术的研究进展进行了综述，并对其未来发展作了进一步展望。
