［目的］探讨芦荟对运动应激性胃溃疡的防治作用。
［方法］对试验大鼠进行灌服芦荟和游泳训练处理，测定大鼠胃组织中EGF、SOD、MDA等指标，计算胃溃疡面积。
［结果］芦荟能够通过增加大鼠胃组织中EGF含量、改善自由基代谢，提高大鼠抗应激能力，对运动造成的应激性胃溃疡有明显的抑制作用，有效延长游泳力竭时间。
