为了有效地进行列车司机驾驶疲劳实时检测，利用ADI公司的双核DSP芯片ADSP-BF561，设计了车载的嵌入式列车司机驾驶疲劳在线检测系统。阐明了该嵌入式系统的硬件组成原理和PERCLOS非接触式疲劳检测方法，最后详细阐述了系统软件结构和设计实现方法。实验结果表明此方案能实时检测疲劳发生，该系统体积小、成本低、实时性好。
