自旋电子器件将自旋作为信息载体，通过电流或电压进行操控，实现更低能耗、更高效率的信息存储、传递和处理。基于自旋轨道矩（SOT）的自旋电子器件是未来磁存储和逻辑计算的重要候选者。一直以来，具有强自旋-轨道耦合（SOC）的材料被认为是转矩产生的必要条件，这极大限制了自旋电子器件中材料的选择。因此，探索更多具有较高转矩效率的材料体系对未来高效自旋器件的实现至关重要。
