通过对新Ⅱ型生物质成型燃料热水锅炉进行正、反火用平衡计算和分析，得出新Ⅱ型生物质成型燃料热水锅炉的主要火用损失部位和参数，用反平衡火用效率分析得知燃烧不可逆火用损失最大，约为69.93%，其次为传热不可逆火用损失，约为14.50%，并用可避免火用损失概念对计算结果进行分析，表明采用可避免火用损失概念后，燃烧部位、传热部位、排烟部位的实用。
