本文介绍了大鼠微量血培养和制备染色体标本的简易方法。通过多次反复实验，确证了这个培养方法是有效的和可采用的。在结果讨论中，还比较分析了各种因素（包括培养时间、PHA剂量、pH值和肝素剂量）对细胞生长分裂的影响。同时初步确定了大鼠淋巴细胞分裂周期为16小时左右。
