线粒体DNA 是核外唯一的遗传物质,较核DNA 更易发生突变。在头颈肿瘤中,线粒体DNA 所存在的点突变、片段缺失和微卫星不稳定性等现象可能与头颈肿瘤的发生相关,故线粒体DNA 有望成为一种检测头颈肿瘤的新的生物标志物。笔者下面就线粒体DNA 的结构和功能特点、头颈肿瘤中线粒体DNA 的突变、线粒体DNA 突变与头颈肿瘤发生的关系、线粒体DNA 突变的临床价值等研究进展作一综述。
目的与方法:本文对54 例口腔白斑患者(均为吸烟者) 进行了口腔脱落粘膜细胞微核和外周血淋巴细胞微核及染色体畸变率检测。结果:吸烟的口腔白斑患者口腔脱落粘膜细胞微核细胞率和外周血淋巴细胞微核细胞率及染色体畸变率均显著高于正常人,且口腔白斑病损区的脱落粘膜细胞微核细胞率的变化与口腔白斑病变程度相关,正常区粘膜脱落细胞微核细胞率的高低与外周血淋巴细胞微核细胞率呈正相关。结论:结果表明,口腔白斑病损区脱...
